On September 16, April 6 School held a celebration to mark the end of the first term of the academic year. The event was attended by several senior officials from the Ministry of Education, the Director of Primary Education in the municipality of Gedaref, as well as representatives from the African Vision for Development Organization and NRC.
In her speech, the school’s principal, Ms. Besmat, praised the significant role played by the African Vision for Development in supporting education since its involvement in the educational sector in Gedaref State. She highlighted the organization’s notable contributions, including teacher training, school rehabilitation, and other impactful initiatives.
Ms. Besmat noted that the organization’s efforts have led to a 200% improvement in the school’s development, positively transforming the educational environment and overall performance.
Other speakers at the event also expressed their appreciation for the organization’s ongoing commitment to enhancing education in the state.
Speaking on behalf of the organization, Mr. Mahdi Abkar Mahdi emphasized the importance of education and reaffirmed the organization’s readiness to continue supporting all aspects of the educational process.
The ceremony concluded with the African Vision for Development Organization being honored in recognition of its tangible efforts and valuable contributions to advancing education in Gedaref State.
