The General Administration for Training, Qualification, and Capacity Building at the Ministry of Education and Guidance in Gedarif State, in collaboration with UNICEF and the African Vision for Development Organization, organized a training course for 114 members of educational councils and school directors from four localities: Western Galabat, Central Gedarif, Al-Faw, and Gedarif Municipality. The opening of the training course was honored by Mr. Alim al-Din Yahya Farah, Director of the General Administration for Training, Qualification, and Capacity Building, Mr. Abdul Aziz Al-Rashid, Director of Primary Education in the state, Dr. Abdul Baqi Idris, Director of the African Vision for Development Organization, Mr. Mahdi Abu Bakr, Director of Projects and Activities at the organization, and Mr. Taj Al-Sir Al-Amin, Director of the Central Unit at the ministry. The aim was to discuss the school development plan, the school grant, the regulations of educational councils, the dynamics of teamwork, and a paper on management science. It is noteworthy that this training course will last for four days and comes as part of efforts to enhance and improve performance in the educational process in the state.
