In a continued effort to support displaced families and alleviate their suffering, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) conducted a training workshop today, March 28, for the staff of the African Vision for Development Organization on the proper distribution of shelter materials to displaced families.
The workshop was led by Jalal Zain Al-Abidin, who commenced with a comprehensive introduction to the IOM, highlighting its vital role in assisting vulnerable communities. He then elaborated on the procedures for verifying displaced families’ eligibility for shelter materials and the best practices to ensure a fair and effective distribution process.
Held at the African Vision for Development Organization’s office in Gadarif, the workshop witnessed active participation, reaffirming a shared commitment to humanitarian work that makes a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
