African Vision Organization for Development Continues Teacher Training Program in Gedaref State
The teacher training course implemented by the African Vision Organization for Development in Gedaref State is ongoing, targeting 30 male and female teachers from the localities of West Gallabat and Central Gedaref. The training focuses on alternative education, specifically in Arabic Language and Mathematics, and is being held at the Training and Capacity Building Center, under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and Guidance and with funding from UNICEF.
As part of the training, Ms. Buthaina Adam Abdullah, Director of the Out-of-School Children and Youth Section at the Department of Adult Education, delivered a lecture entitled:
“Classroom Management and Instructional Tools Tailored to the Psychological Characteristics and Learning Motivations of Out-of-School Children and Youth, and Effective Teaching Methods.”
In addition, Mr. Malik Al-Khidr, Director of the Department of Adult Education at the Ministry, presented a lecture on:
“Strategies for Effective Teaching,”
in which he provided a comprehensive explanation of instructional strategies that incorporate purposeful educational materials aimed at advancing and uplifting communities.
