“Visit of the UNICEF Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to the Safe Learning Space Project in Gedaref State”

Visit of Ms. Rayan, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at UNICEF, to the Safe Learning Space Project under the Education in Emergencies Program in Gedaref State

As part of monitoring the implementation of activities related to the Safe Learning Space project, Ms. Rayan, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at UNICEF, conducted a field visit to Gedaref State. This visit is part of the “Education in Emergencies” program, which aims to provide safe learning environments for children in emergency areas.

The visit was attended by staff from the African Vision for Development Organization, including Mahdi Abker Mahdi, Mohamed Mubarak, and Marwi, who expressed their full readiness to offer necessary support in the implementation of the planned activities.

It is noteworthy that the project is funded by UNICEF, while the African Vision for Development Organization is responsible for its implementation. The project also receives technical support from the Ministry of Education and Guidance in Gedaref State.
