As part of efforts to enhance the educational process and improve the school environment in Gedaref State, the African Vision for Development Organization, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Guidance – Gedaref, organized a training activity targeting 57 teachers and facilitators. The activity was funded by UNICEF.
Objectives of the Activity:
This initiative aims to develop the capacities of educational staff by training them on life skills, which are fundamental in shaping students’ personalities and preparing them to face daily life challenges. Additionally, it seeks to establish and support school clubs as effective platforms for nurturing students’ skills and expanding their social and cultural horizons.

Roles of the Participating Entities:
- Donor Entity: UNICEF provided the financial support to implement the activity, continuing its role in supporting education and development in Sudan.
- Implementing Entity: The African Vision for Development Organization supervised the execution of the training and ensured its objectives were met.
- Technical Entity: The Ministry of Education and Guidance – Gedaref offered technical support by guiding and monitoring the program’s implementation in line with established educational standards.
