The model consists of several key elements: the sender (the person who initiates the communication), the message (the information to be transmitted), the channel (the medium used to transmit the message, such as email or meetings), the receiver (the person who receives the message), feedback (the receiver&#8217;s response to the message), and noise (factors that affect the quality of communication).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The communication model helps achieve mutual understanding, accelerate decision-making, and enhance collaboration between parties.
